Entry Fees are inclusive of GST but do not include a 5% booking fee which will be added to the total entry fee during the online ‘ Check Out’ process.
For runners in both the Cross Country 25km andPomona Sundowner 30km there is one way courtesy bus transfer which is included in the entry fee.
For those wishing to use the ferry or bus shuttle on race day there is a small fee of $10 per person. You can pick up your all day wristband travel pass when you register.
A portion of your entry fee will go to support the Trees for Tourism program.

Age is in years as of race day. We do not permit anyone below the required age to compete.

ENTRY INSURANCE OPTION
OneTime the official registration and timing platform for the Noosa-Ultra Trail® offers all runners an ‘Insurance’ option.
For a 10% surcharge on top of your race entry you can fully insure your entry should you get injured, sick or simply cannot race.
The terms and conditions of this are explained in the registration process.
This is applicable for those runners who do not take out the Insurance Option.
If you need to withdraw due to change in plans or an injury you can choose to refund your entry on the current policy or transfer your entry to someone else per the transfer and refund policies below.
There are no transfers to the following year’s event unless the event is cancelled.
Any withdrawals submitted after 28 February will receive no refund.
REFUND YOUR ENTRY
As outlined in the above chart for those who have NOT taken out ONE TIME Insurance option, refunds for Trail Run events received from 1 September are available under the timelines set out.
Refunds must be notified to the promoter via [email protected] Refunds will be made via the method your entry was paid (i.e credit card) and will be paid within 14 days of submission.
TRANSFERS TO ANOTHER PERSON
For runners wishing to transfer their entry to another person this will be permitted only with the authorisation of the event promoter via [email protected].Transfers will only be permitted in exceptional circumstances as the Insurance Option and Refund Policy provide sufficient options for each participant should they be unable to race for whatever reason.
A transfer fee of $25 will be charged to the new person.
TRANSFER TO ANOTHER TRAIL EVENT
Runners seeking to change between events (i.e. from Hinterland Traverse 80km to the Out’N’Back 50km) can request to do so subject to field caps / availability up to 2 months prior to race day. Once the event is sold out and entries have closed for that event, no transfer will be permitted.
A transfer fee of $25 will be charged for all transfers between events.
If you decide to upgrade your event to a longer distance event and there is availability you will need to pay the difference in entry fees.
If you decide to downgrade your event to a shorter distance and there is availability unfortunately we are unable to refund the difference in entry fees.

In the advent that the Noosa Ultra-Trail® is over subscribed a Waitlist will be developed.
Should there be drop outs, cancellations or withdrawals then those on the Waitlist will be offered the opportunity to enter on a first come first served basis.
