Entry Fees are inclusive of GST but do not include a 5% booking fee which will be added to the total entry fee during the online Check Out process.
For runners in both the Cross Country 25km and Pomona Sundowner 30km there is a one way courtesy bus transfer to the start line which is included in the entry fee.
For runners in the Mountain Marathon 45km there is a courtesy bus transfer to the start at Cootharaba Road and also courtesy bus transfers from the Finish at Pomona back to the Main Venue in Tewantin leaving every hour from 11.30am – 5.30pm.
For those wishing to use the shuttle bus on race day there is a small fee of $10 per person. You can pick up your all day wristband travel pass when you register.
A portion of your entry fee will go to support the Trees for Tourism program.

Age is in years as of race day. We do not permit anyone below the required age to compete.

ENTRY PROCESS
Each entrant must enter themselves using their own unique email address. Athletes under the age of 18 will require guardian sign off.

WITHDRAWALS
There are no transfers to the following year’s event unless the event is cancelled or if permitted by the Race Director due to a change in athlete’s personal circumstances by emailing [email protected].
Any withdrawals submitted after 28 February will receive no refund.
REFUND YOUR ENTRY
Refunds are available under the timelines set out above.
Refunds must be notified to the promoter via [email protected]. Refunds will be made via the method your entry was paid (i.e credit card) and will be paid within 14 days of submission.
TRANSFER TO ANOTHER PERSON OR ANOTHER DISTANCE
Runners can transfer their entry to another person or to another distance via the Race Roster booking platform.
If you decide to upgrade your entry to a longer distance event you will need to pay the difference in entry fees.
If you decide to downgrade your entry to a shorter distance event and there is availability unfortunately we are unable to refund the difference in entry fees.
